UCI publishes its 2020 Yearbook

On January 5th, 2021, the International Cycling Union announced the publication of its yearly review of the previous season.

A photo album covering all of the disciplines of the sport of Cycling. A collection of beautiful pictures from some of the best photographers of the cycling sport.

In a year that Sport, in general, was put on hold, Cycling demonstrated extreme resilience, solidarity and responsibility, which meant that it was possible to save part of the season and to hold most of its major races.

Further to that, by successfully organising the first-ever UCI Cycling Esports World Championships, Cycling took the lead in the e-sports field!

UCI says about the yearbook:

The Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) is pleased to announce the publication of its new Yearbook, “Cycling 2020”.

During a period marked by the Covid-19 pandemic, numerous events – such as the UCI World Championships for road, track and mountain bike, the three Grand Tours and the major Classics – could all take place and delight cycling fans.

“Cycling 2020” reflects this unusual year which nevertheless produced intense sporting moments, by paying tribute both to the athletes and the beauty of our sport.
