Despite the limited opportunities to race internationally in 2020, Andreas Miltiades has managed to secure his place in both UCI teams he is part for. The 25 year old reigning national champion in Mountain Bike Olympic Format, Individual Road Race and Individual Time Trial, currently sits 193rd on the UCI MTB XCO rankings and 486th in the UCI World Road ranking.

Racing for the local club “ELITE Cycling” on a national level, Andreas has managed to break out of the borders of Cyprus and since 2018 he has been a member of the “Gios Kiwi Atlantico” team. Since 2019 the team has been upgraded to a UCI Continental road team.
After an impressive 2019 spring campaign in mountain biking, including a podium finish on the SHC Stage Race “Cyprus Sunshine Cup” he caught the attention of Italian team manager and talent discoverer Andrea Marconi and was subsequently registered in his “DMT Racing Team by Marconi”. The team specializes in MTB Marathon races and regularly houses some of the best MTB Marathon riders in the world, like Tiago Ferreira, Periklis Ilias and Hans Becking.
In a Facebook post on December 31st 2020, DMT Racing team announced that Andreas has signed for one more year with the Italian squad.

The Cypriot Andreas Miltiadis (08-30-1994) is a rider with a lot of potential who combines the road with the MTB and who has a great top speed. In the words of Enrique Salgueiro, Andreas "is a very valid rider and one who can have triumph this season. In the amateur category, he already achieved a victory with the team in the Tour of Bizkaia under 23. He has experience at the international level, having played with his national team in the European and world championships of lower categories. In addition, he is the current national road champion (he also won in 2019) and has won the Cyprus time trial championship for the last 6 seasons.
